The following criteria must be met in order to receive a return authorization:

Mistaken Item Received We will automatically replace or refund your order at your request if your delivery is incorrect for any reason, such as if an item was left off your order or you received the wrong item. You must contact us right once and refrain from opening any of the products if you need a refund. After that, we will ask you to return the items, and once they are back at our office, we will credit your account using the original payment method.

Items Faulty Upon Arrival If your items arrive faulty, we also ask that you contact us right away via email or our Contact us form. Items should be sent back in their original packaging together with any supporting materials or extras. If we are able to identify the problem at our end, we will send out a replacement the same day. If you choose, we can offer a complete refund, in which case your money will be repaid using the same payment method you used initially. You will be responsible for the return transit expenses once we inspect returned goods to ensure they are not defective.

Products Ruined in Transit We ask that as soon as you receive the goods, you let us know if any things were harmed during shipping. Items should be returned with all accessories and paperwork in their original packing. When the item is returned to our facility, we will either send you a replacement or refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you are permitted to return any item you have ordered to us if you simply change your mind about it and want to do so as long as you do so and notify us within the first seven days of your purchase or delivery of the products. The products must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped to you by us, meaning they cannot have been used, opened, or tested. Once we have the merchandise back, we will once again provide you a complete refund using the original payment method.

If your box is opened or torn upon arrival for whatever reason, we kindly ask that you return the offending products. Once more, you can choose between receiving a replacement product or a refund using your original payment method.

Please be aware that the aforementioned return policy has some restrictions, and owing to the sensitive nature of stimulants and salts, we are unable to accept any returns once they have been used.
